Peabody Essex Museum (PEM) is seeking an exceptionally self- driven,
creative, and talented leader to fill the position of Director of
Merchandising for PEM’s award winning Museum Shop. Reporting to the
Chief Financial Officer and working in collaboration with the Museum Shop Manager, Digital Marketing
Specialist, Creative Services Department and Director of Information
Technology, this full-time position is responsible for leading,
directing, developing and executing strategies to discover ways to
improve the retail experience in-store and online at PEMshop.com. As
