& Four seeks a motivated PR & Marketing professional with a background
in a design industry and/or the arts to join our small, specialized,
full-service consulting agency, now celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We
provide marketing, public relations, social media, and event management
services to the design industries, arts and cultural organizations and
non-profit health and human services sector (www.FuscoFour.com).
We are also the owners and producers of the annual Boston International Fine
Art Show (www.FineArtBoston.com)
and Boston Design Week (www.BostonDesignWeek.com).
Account Manager (and Office Manager) you have responsibility for implementing, tracking and evaluating a
wide variety of client marketing, advertising, public relations, social media
and promotional campaigns and programs, working directly with and reporting to
the Director. This is the position for you if you are extremely organized, able to track multiple projects, and have an excellent ability to handle client and public inquiries We
are seeking an individual who is sharp, savvy, self-starting and career-minded, and eager to step up and assume more
responsibility in an entrepreneurial, positive work environment.
In addition to real experience in public relations and marketing, some background/experience in advertising, Internet marketing, special events, and special promotions is a plus. You must have
real technical skills in MAC computers, the Word program suite, Gmail, WIX
website design, Eventbrite or other ticketing services, Internet research,
Graphic Converter or other design tools, Facebook for Business, other social
media and other programs used daily in marketing and PR today. Administrative skills,
creativity, copywriting, and excellent phone manner are also required. Please

NOTE: We are not looking for a designer,
nor are we looking for resumes from individuals who are primarily artists,
actors, musicians, etc. You MUST have 3-5 years of experience in
marketing, public relations, event management or a related field.
You must have a B.A. in a related field, and 3-5 years or more
real job experience, with experience in one or more of our specializations
to qualify for this position. Ideal candidate has either a similar agency
background, or has held an account management/office management position for an agency or design-related business. Please Note: Our offices are located in West
Roxbury, accessible by public transportation, however, it is easier if you have a car.
