).This year's Boston Design Week takes place March 25-April 5 and we are particularly interested in someone who can start immediately.
You will work on a wide variety of client marketing, advertising, public relations, social media and promotional campaigns and programs. You will assist, work directly with, and report directly to the Director. We are seeking an individual who is sharp, energetic and mature with above average attention to detail. Experience in marketing, public relations, customer service, special events, and promotions a plus.
You must be have real skills in MAC computers and the Word suite,. Other skills in Gmail, WIX website design, Eventbrite or other ticketing services, Internet research, design tools, Facebook for Business, other social media, etc. a plus. Administrative skills, excellent phone manner and the ability to handle calls out of left field are also required.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not looking for a graphic designer, nor are we looking for individuals who are primarily artists, actors, musicians, etc. You MUST have 1-3 years or more of experience AND a degree in a related field. If you don't have any background or passion for the arts, please do not apply.
