Products & Shipping Manager

dance magazine and book publisher/distributor, is seeking a self-motivated,
organized and detail-oriented Products & Shipping Manager at our cheerful
and sunny office overlooking the Mill River in Florence, MA. Responsibilities include
order processing and fulfillment, inventory management, assisting with accounts
receivable, subscription management, processing donations, supervising bulk
mailings, customer service, managing the storeroom and general office
maintenance. Training provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, shows
initiative, has the ability to work efficiently on multiple tasks, and has a
good sense of humor. Computer literacy is essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of domestic/international shipping protocols
• Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar mass marketing
• Experience or knowledge of the publishing industry
