Candidate: Relationships are a critical part of our industry and our company. The Account Manageris the main point person with Incollect's gallery and dealer clients after they have signed contracts with the sales team. The candidate works with clients to education them about their involvement with Incollect, from posting inventory and keeping current with the site, helping to build their brand and business. The candidate will also assist the sales team with Antiques & Fine Art magazine, including clients who overlap with Incollect and those specific to the magazine. The candidate for this hybrid position must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter, have the ability to initiate, manage, and complete projects, positively engage clients, think critically, be personable, helpful, and be able to foster relationships. Candidate needs to be able to shift gears easily and handle multiple responsibilities. Will need to know/learn Salesforce database. Position is site-specific to Woburn, Mass.Candidates must work at the Woburn address; no telecommuting or other location. No exceptions.

Role:

· Provide customer service with existing and new clients and maintain regular communication.

· Enter and/or maintain customer correspondence and activity in Salesforce.

· Write professional email communications for client outreach.

· Educate and encourage existing clients to stay current with their online storefront.

· Direct clients in procedures for uploading inventory and assist dealers with managing their listings.

· Assist sales team with the above as it relates to Antiques & Fine Art magazine.

Qualifications:

· Highly organized, efficient, with keen attention to detail.

· Computer savvy and able to learn basic image uploading procedures.

· Strong verbal & written communication skills (phone/correspondence).

· Positive attitude and outgoing personality.

· Ability to follow through and be proactive.

· Ability to forge and maintain relationships.
