Customer Care Associate Job Post

It takes a great team to make our products that are sold online and to select retail shops all over the world. We’re looking for the right candidate to join us as a Customer Care Sales Associate. Are you passionate about art, stationery, and design? Do you find helping people and promoting quality products both enjoyable and rewarding work? We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker and problem solver for this full-time position.

As an e-commerce business, our Customer Care Sales Associate is an important liaison between leadership, production, and customers. You will learn how to inform customers of our unique process and values, while also relaying customers’ needs and suggestions effectively back to the team for continual improvement.

Office hours are 9:30-5:30 pm Monday-Friday. During the holiday season, we work additional hours.

Qualifications:
  • Must truly enjoy communicating with people
  • Team-oriented and have a positive attitude
  • Proactive in communicating with the production team and leadership
  • Effective written and communication skills
  • Experience with customer service
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to new or changing software and processes
  • Ability to convey a patient and cheerful tone over the phone and through email
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responding to all inquiries and questions received over the phone and in emails in an informative, timely, and positive manner
  • Utilizing software like Google Sheets, Excel, Shopify and Ordoro
  • Assisting wholesale and retail customers with placing orders and communicating specific details to the production team
  • Maintaining and updating administrative files
  • Cultivating good customer relationships with the use of personal notes, discount codes, and other tools to create a pleasant customer experience
  • Resolving customer complaints or difficulties in a way that reflects our company’s core values and beliefs
  • Collecting and organizing customer feedback to be shared with the team
  • Proofreading and double-checking newsletters for spelling, links, and other site elements
