Hire Culture exists primarily for the benefit of nonprofit arts, science, and humanities organizations in Massachusetts. Other organizations and businesses in Massachusetts are welcome to submit listings of employment opportunities in the arts and culture sector for consideration. Organizations that are not located within Massachusetts but are looking to employ people to work within Massachusetts in the arts and culture sector may be approved to post on the site on a case-by-case basis. No calls for artists, please. The Mass Cultural Council reserves the right to refuse any listing that does not meet its criteria.
